Mmmmmm......sushi
Ok....so I don't even eat sushi, but we went out for lunch at work today. (It's kind of a Wednesday tradition.) Anyway, we went to this place called "Sushi 101". It was awesome! I had some kind of bowl thing with veggies and noodle and some yummy katsu fried tofu. MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm. I brought half of it back to the office with me since it was a massive portion, but I'm sure it will make good dinner tomorrow night or something. But boy was it good! I'm so full right now, that I'd like nothing better than a really long nap. I doubt my office would appreciate that.
The President of my new company, who only comes into the office about twice a month, brought his doggie into work with him today. It's an adorable little three month old black lab puppy named Charlie. He's been taking turns sleeping at our feet and licking our toes all day. To quote Bill: "What a difference a dog makes!"
I made some really yummy chicken lasagna last night for dinner. (Thank you Stouffer's!) As I said, it was incredibly yummy, however, I burnt the hell out of my hand getting it out of the oven. For all of you smart asses that read my blog: Yes, I used potholders. I just apparently did not use them well. ;) So anyway, it's a good thing I have some monster aloe plants at my house because they sure did come in handy. Now it only stings a little, but it's really plastic-looking, and starting to dry out a bit. >:( Ouch.
I guess that's all for now. Have a great day everyone!
